The first beans they grew in Minnesota came from the seeds Regi's ancestors have been passing down through the years. Regi has worked for decades adapting these beans to northern soils and climate. Cooking Instructions: Clean beans thoroughly to remove any specks of dirt or rocks that could have ended up in the bag.
